Check Yourself
Answer these honestly. This is not a medical test, and nothing you tick is saved or sent anywhere.
Tools to Set Limits
Licensed operators usually offer account controls like the ones below. The exact options, periods and names vary by operator and country, and we have not tested them ourselves. Look in your account settings or ask the operator's support team.
Deposit limit
Caps how much you can deposit per day, week or month. Lowering it usually applies at once; raising it may take effect only after a waiting period.
Session reminders
Shows how long you have been playing, or logs you out after a time you choose. Useful for fast games such as crash games.
Time-out
Blocks your account for a short, fixed period so you can step away.
Self-exclusion
Closes your account for a long period and should stop marketing to you. If you use several operators, exclude yourself from each one.
Keep Betting Affordable
- Set a budget for the week or month before you bet, and treat it as spent.
- Do not chase losses. A bigger bet to win money back usually means bigger losses.
- Keep betting money separate from money for rent, school fees and bills.
- Read bonus terms first: wagering requirements can make you stake many times the bonus. Our rollover calculator shows how much.
- Take breaks. Fast games such as crash games can use up a budget in minutes; our demo uses play credits only.
Age and ID Checks
Betting is for adults only. You must be 18 or older to use this site, and operators apply the minimum age set by local law. Licensed operators check your identity before you can bet or withdraw; the documents they ask for depend on the country.
If children use your phone or computer, use the device's parental controls and do not share your betting account or wallet PIN.
