How We Review Bookmakers
This is the whole method. It is deliberately short, because it describes only work we have actually done.
- Read what the operator publishes Its own site and terms: payment methods, currencies, products, apps and offer conditions. We repeat these as claims the operator makes, marked "advertised", not as facts we measured.
- Search the official register, where one exists For Nigeria we searched the Lagos State Lotteries and Gaming Authority list of licensed operators; for South Africa, the National Gambling Board "Verified Operators" list. We publish the result either way, with the link and the date we searched.
- Verify tax and regulator facts at source Tax-authority and government publications, linked next to the statement with the check date, stored once so every page and calculator shows the same value.
- Record the date Each page carries the date it was last reviewed.
What we do not do
We have not opened accounts, made deposits or withdrawals, or gone through KYC with any operator, so we publish no payout times, no fee measurements and no service-quality claims. We do not score or rate operators: there is no rating, no star count and no weighted formula anywhere on this site. Outside Nigeria and South Africa we could not reach an official operator register, so we publish no licence claim for those countries at all.
How Our Operator Lists Are Ordered
Each operator has a fixed position that we set by hand, and that position is the same in every list on this site. Nothing on this site is ordered by quality, and the position of an operator is not a recommendation. Whether we found an operator on the official register for a country is stated on its own card and does not move it up or down the list.
Which operators appear at all is a commercial decision: our lists contain only operators we have an affiliate agreement with. That is disclosed at the top of every list.
Affiliate Relationships and Conflicts of Interest
We earn money through affiliate links: when you sign up with an operator through a link on this site, we may receive a commission.
- Every operator in our lists is an affiliate partner. This commercial relationship is the reason those operators appear.
- We do not change tax facts, regulator information or the result of a licence check for commercial reasons, and we disclose when an operator was not found on an official register.
- Links to operators are marked as sponsored.
- Welcome offers change often and can differ by country. We have not verified current bonus amounts against operators' terms, so our lists do not show bonus amounts; always read the operator's current terms before you accept an offer.

Sources and Fact-Checking
For tax and regulatory statements we use official sources first — tax authorities, regulators and government publications — and link them next to the statement with the date we checked them. We keep these facts in a single place so that the same value appears in every table, FAQ and calculator on the site.
- Find the official source Tax authority, regulator or government publication.
- Record the check Value, date checked and what the source does and does not say.
- Label it Verified, partly verified or not verified.
- Publish with the link The same stored value feeds every page and tool.
- Correct on report Confirmed errors are fixed and the review date updated.
